House selling is easy...if you use Century 21!
Century 21 (Liverpool South) is an excellent Estate Agent and managed the sale of my property in a professional and well organised manner. Dan and his team , particularly Liz and Megan, effectively said to me 'leave it with us and we will sell the property'. Liz and Megan kept me informed when viewings had been arranged, provided feedback from the prospective buyers, and were proactive in following up viewings if interest had been shown.
The communication throughout the process couldn't have been better; I was kept up to date in a timely manner, and Liz also kept in touch with my solicitor ensuring there weren't any outstanding actions on my side.
The agreed sale price was higher than expected, for which I give credit to the team. If you're looking for an Estate Agent, I highly recommend Dan and his team at Liverpool South, and they are very nice people as well!
